Rebirth of Luxury Residences

My mission for Project Magdalenenstraße 38 was to document the demolition of the old building. As of today, the old structure has been completely cleared, making way for the construction of new, ultra-luxurious condominiums in the highest echelons of the real estate market.

This ongoing project represents the transformation from the old to the new, with each photograph capturing the evolution of a luxurious living space that is still in progress.
