Where Modern Luxury Rises from Historic Bunker Grounds by the Flensburg Fjord

The ‘Living on the Sun Deck’ project, developed by Bauplan Nord along the picturesque Flensburg Fjord, presents a breathtaking complex of 36 exclusive condominiums. My task was to capture the details of the rusty exterior facade. The building is situated above the Marina Sonwik yacht harbor, with its foundation anchored in the historic walls of a former bunker, housing garages, storage areas, and technical spaces.
